Auradine Secures

In an effort to boost development and innovation across its product lines, Silicon Valley-based Auradine, a growing powerhouse in energy-efficient blockchain and artificial intelligence infrastructure, has secured $153 million in a Series C fundraising round.

With significant involvement from Maverick Silicon, Premji Invest, Samsung Catalyst Fund, Qualcomm Ventures, and a number of other backers, StepStone Group led the oversubscribed round.Ā  With this most recent investment, Auradine now has over $300 million in total funding.

Since its founding in 2022, Auradine has quickly established itself as a major force in the infrastructure industry.Ā  The company specializes in creating sustainable and scalable technology for AI data centers and Bitcoin mining, a strategy that is becoming more popular as the need for high-performance, energy-efficient computing grows.

As part of its expansion, Auradine announced the formation of Auralinks AI, a new division dedicated to building open-standard networking solutions for next-generation AI data centers. The Auralinks team includes industry veterans from Cisco, Google, and Microsoft, and is focused on tackling some of the sectorā€™s most pressing issues, including bandwidth constraints and thermal management.

In the hardware space, Auradine recently launched its Teraflux 3nm Bitcoin miners, including the U.S.-designed, hydro-cooled AH3880 model, which boasts a processing capacity of up to 600 terahashes per second (TH/s). The company reports that over 40 Bitcoin data center operators have already adopted its advanced cooling technologies, helping it gain ground on competitors like Bitmain and MicroBT.

Auradineā€™s strategic U.S. base has allowed it to capitalize on shifting industry dynamics, particularly as rivals such as Bitmain, Bitdeer, MicroBT, and Canaan consider domestic production in response to trade policies established during the Trump administration.

The company has also earned recognition from the Global Semiconductor Alliance and is actively engaged with industry groups like the Ultra Accelerator Link consortium, underlining its commitment to innovation and collaboration.

With fresh capital, expanded leadership, and cutting-edge technology in hand, Auradine is positioning itself as a key player in the evolving intersection of blockchain and AI infrastructure.
